Every time Frank Howard hits one of his tape-measure home runs in D.C. Stadium, the seat were the ball landed (the stadium is currently enclosed) is painted white. There are two “Howard Seats” is dead center and one in left – all in the upper deck. Howard has found his power stroke, missing for most of last season, and is currently tied for second in the league lead for home runs with ten. Harmon Killebrew leads all of baseball with twelve home runs.
